She has designed and delivered award-winning global training and development programmes, skilfully led specialist L&D teams and successfully managed projects across complex business environments. Able to work with large groups across all levels of businesses, Candida is an exceptional communicator with a remarkable ability to capture attention, deliver her message with impact, and energise and inspire any audience. With a flair for hospitality, Candida has a deep understanding of sales and customer service and has worked on various projects that improved client engagement and sales effectiveness for leading global and local luxury brands.  

In addition to her L&D expertise, she has also run several of her own businesses. She founded Thinck Learning and Development in 2019  The business is a culmination of her skills and experience with a core focus on using years of experience, passion and know-how to craft bespoke solutions for clients that get to the heart of the issue and make a difference.

Candida is an internationally certified NLP practitioner, executive coach and master facilitator.  She is accredited to work with both the Enneagram and INSIGHTS Discovery and has worked with the INSIGHTS profiling tool for since 2008. She also presented at the 2019 Dublin INSIGHTS International Conference.
